I have been taking care of children in a daycare setting my whole life. My mom has been a childcare provider for almost 40 years. I was homeschooled from 6th grade until 11th grade, so I was always around to help out during day care. If daycare parents needed me on nights or weekends, I was available then as well.
The children in my mom's day care became like family and I knew I would enjoy starting my own day care some day.
Because of my love of children, I always had a desire to have children of my own. That being another reason to start a child care business - to be able to stay home with my own children.
