Episcopal Church of Leeds Preschool
Leeds Church sponsors the Leeds Episcopal Activity Preschool (LEAP). The LEAP pre-K program has classes 3 days per week during the school year for children 3-5 years old. LEAP has a "Play and Learn" program for 2-3 year olds which meets twice a week. Scholarship help is available for all classes.
Education is important at Leeds. Sunday school classes for ages 3-teens meet during the school year at 9:30 a.m. Adult education classes meet at the same time. Classes cover a wide variety of topics from Bible study and Christian healing to issues of ethics and theology. Confirmation classes for youth and adults are provided each year. On special Sundays during the year, children and youth serve as ushers, greeters and readers. One of the highlights of the year is the confirmation class service, provided entirely by the youth confirmation class. Another highlight is the annual Christmas pageant.
