When my child attended this school, he/she had 5 different teachers his/her first year. My child was two years old, so this was very hard on him/her. We did like the atmosphere of the school, the lovely art projects, and most of the T.A.s, and felt that he/she was generally safe and happy, so we kept him/her there hoping they would get a good person in there for his/her age group. When they finally did, he/her moved to a diff. group and had a very young and rude teacher who played favorites. My child wasn't one of them. I complained many times and the owners took in my thoughts, but did nothing about her. She was never asked to apologize, and we never had a meeting about it. They were also showing way too many movies at this point in time, based on "bad weather"!? I (and many others) expressed concern over this too and it carried on regardless. They suddenly asked me to leave, and gave me ZERO time to find another school, based on the school not being a fit for us (FYI--note that this is not something that a daycare can actually do unless you do not pay your tuition or have a violent child.). The owners are very unprofessional and two-faced. They were also very gossipy. I knew a lot of personal matters about other parents due to one owner, Miss Peggy, gossipping so much. Since leaving, we have heard from previous employees and parents, that some of the teachers do not have their ECunits and that this gossiping was a huge problem. Parents have no privacy and if they complain, the owners hate it.
