Tinytown Preschool and Daycare Center
"The Tinytown Preschool and Daycare Center was started in 1982 by me. At that time, I was a licensed daycare mother for ten years at my home. I, with the help of my husband Mark, bought the property at 1133 Piedmont Road in San Jose, converted it into a proper childcare center and landscaped the grounds with playground equipment. I took formal training in early education and acquired skills in cognitive, perceptual, social, physical and emotional development of children. I also took administration classes on staff management and business practices. In 1990, Charu Vaidya, who had been teaching at Tinytown Preschool since 1984, became the partner of our school".
